Because We Care

All our products are handmade and while we take great care in the assembly of them, some items may present choking hazards to small children. Please use caution when using our accessories on small children. Cute C Kids customers acknowledge that Cute C kids will not be held in liable for any damages or injury caused by failure of performance of our products.

Shipping Information

We use the US Postal Service Priority Mail for our shipping carrier to keep shipping costs low. Because our products are handmade, we ask consumers to allow us 5-7 business days once shipped to receive your order.

Return Policy Customer

Cute C Kids stands behind our products 100%. However, we understand that sometimes what you receive is not always what you thought it would be. Rest assure we at Cute C Kids will work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied because we treat our costumers the way we like to be treated. We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund if you are not satisfied for any reason. Please notify us within 30 days of the receipt of your order so that we can correct the problem.

All returns require an authorization number. Please send an email to ninaom@gmail.com requesting a return within 30 days of receipt. We will then reply with return authorization #. Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please use a trackable, insured method to ship all returns to:
